SanghWE TIES: Workplaces for Women Survey

Starting 2019, SanghWE has partnered with Rachel Grant, a Trauma Recovery Coach to assist corporations and multi-national companies, tech companies in particular, to enhance and make their gender diversity initiatives more effective through a leadership development program called SanghWE TIES: Workplaces for Women.

The program will offer corporate and tech leaders concrete skills and strategies to create workplaces that are trauma-informed and emotionally safe where female professionals who are also sexual trauma survivors can thrive and succeed. We intend to produce a program that is grounded in the lived experiences of women.

We are seeking female professionals who are sexual trauma survivors to complete a brief survey. Survivors can complete the survey anonymously, share work experiences that have been sub-optimal and offer recommendations for leaders who are eager to transform the work culture.

If you are a female professional with experience in corporate and also happen to be a sexual trauma survivor, please fill out the survey below.
